well, the big news coming in just the last half hour. in the last half hour, the police confirmation that it was, in fact, a bomb. it wasn't a gas explosion, it wasn't just an accident. also the thing you mentioned that there may be some people trapped here, obviously, that did not look like the case with those initial images we saw, it looked like they'd done pretty much the cleanup. that really is the latest. at least one person dead, there could be more. there are certainly several injured, and you can see from the amount of destruction how much glass came out of those windows. the prime minister's building is supposedly 17 stories high, and you can see how much of that was damaged, certainly people on the street and perhaps even in the buildings were injured. now, why did all this happen? a lot of different theories. just last week a norwegian prosecutor filed terror charges against an iraqi cleric who had threatened norwegians with death if they deported him. also norway had a similar incident to what denmark had with the cartoons t

, big brawl. jaime: i know you were listening to the debate about whether the stimulus had anything to do with the job numbers. they say both countries unemployment rates moved similarly until the stimulus. both were 6.1% in august of 2008. they rose in lock step through february 09. after the stimulus u.s. unemployment shot up to 10.1 remained above 9.5%. canadian unemployment peaked at 8.7, it's tpoulg and it's now 7.4%. >> who would think we would be looking at canada for an economic model. there is a strong case on the stimulus. certainly you can't make the argument that it has helped all that much if it's helped at all. i would argue it's hurt to the extent at which it implies taking all this debt, adding to the deficit, to the extent that it implies that we have to raise taxes in the future, it's a disincentive for businesses to invest. they don't know what their actual costs are going to be. jaime: president obama did respond to that, you know, saying that it's working, not working as quick

the big tragedy here and i spent my career fighting for victims. we may never know in large part because of casey's lies and because she didn't come forth in the very beginning to say what she knew about her daughter. that being said, patti ann, i said on this program the past few weeks there were major, major problems with this case and i think we saw that come out in this verdict. patti ann: yeah. so, you mentioned lies. you know, cindy, her mother, got on the stand and said she searched the chloroform. that was proven false. some are asking if she could face perjury charges next. >> look at the end of the day the jury had more questions than answers number one. and the second thing is they didn't know who to believe. number one they weren't about to make up answers to questions when they didn't have the answers. and number two, they weren't about to try to figure out who do i believe in this whole web of lies. so, do i think that cindy or george are going to face perjury charges? i don't think so. that's my honest opinion. but what i do think is
